I planned a trip a couple years later to see it with my own eyes.  It was real.  It was also... cold.  I was in Baltimore.  I wanted to touch the Atlantic with my own hands.  As I walked up a wave came up and knocked me over.  I went to touch the ocean, and the ocean touched me instead. Everywhere.
